A full featured software presented as a Service, based in a distributed Hardware Platforms, all over the World, with the most reliable e secure communications available in the local of the customer facilities.
As possible the Platform will take place in a facility that meets the following requirements:
  • Comply with ITIL, ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 Standards;
  • Processing Centers in continuous operation 24/7 with real-time monitoring;
  • Network will be available 100% of the time in a given month, excluding scheduled maintenance;
  • Critical infrastructure systems, including power and HVAC, will be available 100% of the time in a given month, excluding scheduled maintenance;
  • Remote Redundancy is available as an option.
The Platform will be protected with the following systems and security technologies:
  • TIER IV Design;
  • 99.999% high availability;
  • MPOE (principal point) multi-carrier telecommunications;
  • Located in low seismic zones.
